TimeSave is a mobile CPaaS (Communications Platform as a Service) company that is revolutionizing how companies interact with their customers, providing the consumer with an easy, one-stop solution for all of their customer service needs.
From August 2020 to January 2021, I was the Lead UX/UI Designer & Digital Content Manager, where my responsibilities included, but weren’t limited to: conducting research with beta users, administering interviews, creating mid-fidelity wireframes and a prototype, incorporating feedback from the founders and prospective users, as well as overseeing the TimeSave website, digital accounts, and online marketing strategies.
